Full Job Description

Acuigen provide customer and client feedback services and technology to UK and international professional services firms. We are looking for a creative, experienced, and motivated marketing professional to join our busy Business Development Team marketing our services, working in our offices in Cranfield, Beds., This is very much a hands-on role and as well as being self-motivated, you will work both independently and also collaboratively as part of a close-knit team. You will be responsible for:

  • Generating sales leads by engaging with potential clients via Teams, LinkedIn, blogs, case studies, our website, at events, during product demonstrations and on the phone

  • Writing creative content for emails, blog posts and the website and optimising copy with SEO in mind

  • Managing our social media including the execution of the daily content schedule including posts, stories and live content

  • Shaping and driving the company's business story through profiles, opinion pieces, company news announcements and other activity

  • The development of all marketing materials around new services/products and marketing campaigns

  • Working closely with our graphic designer to develop and launch new materials

  • Organising and managing workshops, seminars exhibitions, and events.

    A helpful, warm, and engaging personality - must enjoy talking with our clients and potential clients and be able to form good relationships with them sending engaging content that builds stronger relationships

  • A good attention to detail, an ability to produce engaging content and have accurate proof-reading skills

  • Account based marketing and relationship building skills

  • A positive 'can-do' attitude, flexible and agile in your approach to work

  • An ability to create innovative marketing assets using Adobe Creative Cloud products, and contribute content to PowerPoint and Word documents

  • Excellent organisational skills, coordination of team diaries, and scheduling telephone appointments

  • Enthusiastic to stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in marketing

  • Experience in service/relationship sales and marketing services

  • Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills

  • Assist with general office admin, office security and health & safety compliance

  • Available to attend networking events, meetings and conferences in regional centres (e.g. London) and travel to the USA to attend conferences and networking events (desirable)
