Full Job Description
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns that promote Janus Henderson's products and services in alignment with the company's business goals in the UK and Middle East, considering the unique characteristics of each market.
- Brand Management: Ensure the company's brand message is consistent, strong, and engaging across all channels and resonates well with different audiences.
- Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing initiatives, in collaboration with the Digital Marketing team and the Social Media manager, including LinkedIn, email marketing, and online advertising, ensuring they are tailored to each region's preferences and legal requirements.
- Leads generation: Collaborate with the Strategy and Analytics team to bolster client retention and growth through marketing initiatives and events.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a diverse team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and accountability.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders ensuring cohesive and impactful marketing efforts.
- Budget Management: Oversee and manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and effectively to drive ROI.
- Performance Analysis: Regularly analyse and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve objectives.
- Compliance: Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and industry best practices to ensure compliance and adherence to marketing standards.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts in the UK and Middle East to drive brand awareness, client engagement and foster business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and executing successful marketing strategies in these regions, with an in-depth understanding across Institutional and Wholesale channels., Must have skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Deep understanding of the asset management industry
- Extensive knowledge of the UK and Middle East markets, including regulatory requirements, client segments, and competitor landscape
- Budget management
- Ability to independently lead complex projects.
- Strong planning and project management skills
- Strategic thinker with analytical skills and attention to details
- Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and cross-functional collaboration
- Client centric approach through all marketing work
- Knowledge of Pardot and Salesforce
