Full Job Description

The main responsibilities of the Marketing Coordinator role will be (but not limited to):

  • Support the Marketing and Communications Manager with delivery of key marketing strategies including social media management, website updates, creating digital media content such as videos/images, email marketing, gift voucher site updates, third party sites, printed media and departmental administration.

  • Creates effective, persuasive and compelling written content for Rockliffe Hall's blog, website, email marketing communications and social media channels.

  • Support the delivery of creative email marketing campaigns featuring dynamic and highly targeted content in line with the eCRM strategy

  • Uses video and image editors such as iMovie, After Effects, Photoshop and Canva to produce branded videos, images and other media content

  • Contribute to the development of the Rockliffe Hall brand profile across all 3rd party websites including user generated content sites, such as trip advisor

  • Logs activity assessing and analyses success rates to produces weekly and monthly reports in line with company objectives and requirements

    Minimum of two years' experience in a marketing, communications or digital media role, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting, or high-end lifestyle brand.

  • Hold a marketing related degree or equivalent qualification (marketing, communications or digital media qualification to Level 4 or higher).

  • Ability to demonstrate knowledge of management of social media channels.

  • Experience of filming videos and shooting still image content for social media channels.

  • Understanding of CRM systems.
