Full Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Consultant to join our team in the taxi/chauffeur industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness for BORJAN LTD. The Marketing Consultant will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute campaigns, analyze market trends, and identify growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote our taxi services and increase market share.

2. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviors, and identify target demographics.

3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop branding strategies and messaging that resonate with our target audience such as local council for school contracts, hospitals, restaurants, hotels, private schools, Universities

4. Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.

5. Analyze campaign performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure effectiveness and optimize marketing strategies.

6. Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to produce marketing collateral, including print materials, promotional items, and digital assets.

7. Develop partnerships and promotional alliances with local businesses, hotels, airports, and event organizers to expand our customer base and increase brand visibility.

8. Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.

9. Provide regular updates and reports to management on marketing initiatives, results, and recommendations for improvement.

10. Stay up-to-date on best practices and emerging trends in marketing, technology, and the taxi industry.

  • Previous experience in digital marketing, PPC, social marketing, and running ads on different platforms.


  • Experience in the transportation or taxi industry is highly desirable.


  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze market trends, and draw actionable insights.


  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns and messaging.


  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.


  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and software, such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Adobe Analytics.


  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of marketing and the taxi industry.
