Overview:
We are now looking for an eager candidate to join us as an apprentice.
You will have the opportunity to gain valuable skills and experience as you complete a Multi-channel Marketer - Level 3 Apprenticeship.

You will be working closely with the Head of Client Services and the CEO on all marketing activities and strategies. And providing regular updates on all marketing ideas and plans.
You will be responsible for raising the profile of the charity and managing its online marketing content, working to create campaigns and analyse impact data.,

  • Compiling and distributing information such as website and social media analytics

  • Monitoring social media accounts, creating content, and responding to messages

  • Create and analyse questionnaires/polls

  • Compile and distribute financial information

  • Writing marketing and website text

  • Organising presentations and supporting events

  • Assisting with promotional activities

  • Supporting the Senior Management Team


  • Training:
    To undertake relevant training/staff development to maintain and improve professional practice.
    This includes involvement in relevant professional activities and maintaining a good working
    knowledge of the current provision in other services for clients with mental health difficulties., All staff have a statutory responsibility to take reasonable care of themselves, others and the environment and to prevent harm by their acts or omissions. All staff are therefore required to adhere to the companies Health & Safety Policy & Procedure.

    All staff should always hold a duty and commitment to observing the companies Equality & Diversity policy and procedures. Duties must be carried out in accordance with relevant Equality & Diversity legislation and company policies/procedures

  • Excellent computer skills

  • A good understanding of Microsoft applications and Office 365


  • Drive, due to the location, not duties:
    Please Note - Being able to drive is preferred but not essential as long as you are within an hour commute.,
  • 3 GCSE's (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject

  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)

  • Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject


  • You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

    If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

    Salary: £16,600 per annum.,
