Full Job Description

To support us in delivering that promise we're in search of a person who will partner with our Six Senses Development team focusing on the Europe, Middle East, African and Asian business units, providing analytical support for new opportunities.

Your day to day

  • Responsible for providing quality financial analysis, feasibility, and investment recommendations.

  • Support the feasibility team to improve and enhance deliverables and be pro-active to change.

  • Contribute to the growth of the Six Senses brand across urban and resort destinations in EMEAA.

  • Deal & Developer Support - Assist to prepare proposal & pitch documents for potential Owners; Join pitches/meetings to represent as Finance business partner as required.

  • Deal Approval Documentation - Prepare and coordinate deal approval papers, including submissions to regional approving committees.

  • Research - Undertake assignments as required by the business unit to drive IHG growth and/or support various Finance-related projects., At IHG we give our colleagues greater flexibility and balance - working in a hybrid way, blending remote and office working.   • Educational Attainment:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Real Estate of Hospitality or equivalent,


  • Critical Expertise, Experience & Knowledge:
  • Minimum 3-5 years overall Hotel, Valuation and/or Finance work experience with at least 2 years in a corporate environment

  • Experience within the luxury hotel market


  • Technical Skills & Knowledge:
  • Experience in and knowledge of European and Asian Luxury markets particularly is highly advantageous.

  • Experience in underwriting branded residences.

  • Understanding of Feasibility Market Research, Real Estate Investment & Hotel Operations highly desired.

  • Understanding of Investment Appraisal methodologies and Valuation techniques.

  • Strong analytical, problem solving, influencing and negotiation skills.

  • Strong spreadsheet skills and report-writing ability.

  • Strong project management skills to prioritize/organize multiple projects and demands from multiple stakeholders.

  • Effective communication and presentation skills
