Management Accountant Assistant - Fixed Term Contract

As SIXT Van & Trucks continue to grow and expand our footprint in the UK, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Management Accountant Assistant to join our finance team based in Dorchester. As a Management Accountant Assistant, you will provide crucial support in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial data. You will assist in month-end processes, maintaining the fixed asset register, managing intercompany transactions, and producing comprehensive financial reports.,

• Month-End Support


• Fixed Asset Register Maintenance

• Financial Reporting Support


• VAT Returns and compliance


• Process Support and Efficiency
  
  AAT qualification preferable.


• Previous experience in a finance or accounting role is advantageous.


• Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations.


• Effective organizational and time management skills.


• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
