Full Job Description

  • Delivering a luxurious customer service experience to all customers to ensure they come back for return visits.

  • Providing tailored recommendations on samples and products to our customers to suit their needs.

  • Immersing our customers into the Maison Margiela brand through creative storytelling and expert product knowledge.

  • Be a brand ambassador with your attitude, eventing and on-brand grooming.


    • Driving Retail
  • Generate sales to achieve your personal and stores daily targets through having a detailed knowledge of all our products which you pass on to our customers.

  • Hosting fragrance events on our key icons and new product launches for your VIP customers to ensure they are repeat customers of yours.

  • Have a detailed knowledge and awareness of the fragrance market.


    • Operations
  • Ensure that the cleanliness of the store and hygiene standards are maintained.

  • Merchandise the store in line with brand standards, ensuring on shelf product availability.

  • Use the POS software and other digital systems required to successfully run the counter.
