Full Job Description

As part of our Technical Services team, you'll be responsible for providing and analysing various daily, weekly, periodic and ad hoc management reports to assist the Maintenance Delivery team and key stakeholders improve the performance of the team.

What you'll be doing

  • Supporting the Maintenance Data Team Leader in producing daily, weekly and periodic KPI reporting, addressing any issues.

  • Providing analytical support re: the content of these reports to spot trends and recommend actions to improve either business performance or ease of KPI reporting.

    To succeed in the role, you'll have strong numerical ability, enjoy creating reports and data analysis. You'll be comfortable presenting complex data to the team including senior management in a way that is clear and user friendly. You'll be organised and disciplined, with a proven record of hitting deadlines consistently.


  • The role involves some earlier and later starts, and occasional weekend working so should be of interest to you if looking for flexible working.

    In addition, you'll need to demonstrate:
  • Advanced level of understanding with Excel and/or Google Sheets (e.g. pivot tables, etc.)

  • Good attention to detail

  • Strong verbal and written communication

  • Strong Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace skills and the confidence to learn new systems

  • Ability to work at pace whilst reacting to changing priorities

  • Ability to work as part of a team

  • Verisae (FM system), Qliksense and/or Cognos knowledge and experience would be a bonus, I have a can do attitude
