Full Job Description

  • Perform targeted deep cleaning tasks on-site

  • Address minor repairs such as fixing broken locks and patching wall imperfections

  • Install various appliances and equipment as needed

  • Maintain outdoor garden and yard spaces

  • Execute maintenance responsibilities, including replacing light bulbs

  • Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems, such as ventilation systems

  • Ensure the proper functioning of safety measures like fire alarms

  • Collaborate with team members and specialists during renovation projects

  • Promptly report any issues to management

  • Apply IT skills to conduct risk assessments effectively

  • Possess fundamental knowledge of Health and Safety protocols, plumbing, and electrical systems

  • Utilize both hand and power tools proficiently

  • Interpret technical manuals and drawings accurately

  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal abilities

    Kids are seeking a proficient Maintenance Person to handle maintenance duties including repairs and cleaning. Your role involves applying basic fixes to equipment and building systems, ensuring facilities adhere to Kids policies and procedures. Reliability and attention to detail are crucial. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience and strong technical skills, along with manual dexterity and physical endurance. Occasional travel to scheduled meetings with managers, procurement of site supplies, and attendance at staff meetings and training sessions are also part of the role., Personal Qualities for the Role of Maintenance Person:
