Full Job Description

You will work as part of a flexible team with continuing responsibility for the provision of a comprehensive, high quality property maintenance service to all relevant facilities. You will have a designated core skill (plumbing) and will be expected to lead in this area but will also be expected to undertake any property maintenance work within your range of competence.

  • To undertake planned, responsive, and cyclical maintenance work either independently or under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager.

  • Reactive service desk calls across relevant sites.

  • Take part in an on-call rota covering 24/7 support

    To be successful in your application, you will be a qualified Plumber, NVQ Level 2 / City & Guilds or higher, with significant relevant experience in commercial property maintenance. You will also hold ACS Commercial & Catering gas qualification, and experience with refrigeration is an advantage. You will have experience with HVAC control systems.


  • Travel within the local Wakefield region will be required for visiting client sites. Valid UK Driving licence is required. Work van provided for Company use.
