Maintenance Assistant

· Maintaining grounds by mowing lawns, clearing leaves and gritting paths when necessary

· Inspecting, fixing and maintaining equipment and machinery

· Completing scheduled maintenance tasks

· Conducting preventative maintenance and identifying when items need upgrading or replacing

· Painting and decorating or conducting repairs to flooring and other fittings

· Ensuring rooms are maintained and fully equipped

· Fantastic communication and organisation skills
