Machine Operator

We are a growing packaging manufacturer based in Louth, Lincolnshire and we have an opportunity to expand our team. We're looking to take on two new machine operators, working a rotating shift pattern of 6am-2pm & 2pm-12am (2pm-12am will be a 4 day week). There will also be opportunity for day work of 8am-5pm. We run a multi skilled factory and are committed to the growth of our employees.

The duties of machine operators will include the below.

• Setting up of production machinery accurately and in a timely manor


• Ensuring quality standards are kept at all times


• Cleaning down and servicing of machinery


• Keeping work area tidy and free from any hazards


• Strapping of pallets ready for dispatch


• Completing safety checklists at start of shifts


Full training will be provided, however it would be preferred if the candidate holds a valid UK Drivers Licence and a Counter Balance Lift Truck Licence.
