Full Job Description

To support our Logistics team, we are looking for a Logistics Manager to oversee the coordination and management of courtesy cars,
transportation of vehicles, and A Team staff across the group.

We are creating the next generation of repair centres, driven by a passion for service, quality, and customer focus, and we want

This role will include, but is not limited to:

  • Oversee the logistics of vehicle movements within Halo, including incoming vehicles for repair, outgoing vehicles after repair

  • completion, and transfers.
  • Coordinate the allocation and availability of courtesy cars for customers requiring temporary transportation during vehicle

  • repair.
  • Develop efficient routes and schedules for vehicle transportation to minimise delays and maximise productivity.

  • Work closely with Fleet Manager ensuring vehicles are maintained and compliant with safety regulations.

  • Work closely with Claims Team to maintain bookings and utilise our capacity.

  • Work closely with Regional Managers to ensure A Team staff are allocated to the right sites maximising productivity.
