Logistics Coordinator / Scheduler

· Using data analysis to effectively schedule visits onto the engineers' diaries.

· Liaising with our customers to confirm engineer visits

· Through effective planning, ensure that days are optimised to drive maximum productivity from the team

· Working closely with the senior engineer in the planning/scheduling of works to ensure there is sufficient time for team members to organise materials and man power.

· Contacting customers quickly to advise of delays and making changes to the schedule accordingly, keeping all parties notified

· Ensure CRM system is update with all communications

· To liaise with Operatives/contractors and operational managers by telephone throughout the day

· Ensure that all appointments and target dates are met and key performance indicator targets achieved.

· Proven work experience as a Service Administrator/Scheduler

· Excellent geographical knowledge of the United Kingdom

· Experience of working effectively as part of a busy team using in-house

databases for scheduling and logistics.

· A professional approach in dealing with people who receive our services.

· Ability to adapt to new computer software.

· Excellent phone, email and in-person communication skills working with a range of different people/professionals.

· Ability to work under pressure

· Highly organised with a good attention to detail

· Proactive and positive, 'can do' attitude

Desirable Experience

· Strong data/ Excel skills.

· Experience in a medical or veterinary profession
