  • We are seeking enthusiastic Advanced Nurse Practitioners to join our established team and be a part of a company that really makes a difference..

    As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, you will be supported by, and work with, a diverse multi-skilled professional team of clinical and non-clinical friendly staff, providing high quality, person-centred, holistic nursing care to patients registered with our practices, including screening, assessment and treatment

    We work closely with our Advanced Nurse Practitioners to support each individuals specialised progression interests that would benefit the ongoing development of the Practice & patients.

    Role Requirements
  • Current NMC Registration

  • Experience of working in a Primary Care environment

  • Commitment to patient care

  • To adhere to the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) Code of Professional Conduct and to be conversant with The Scope of Professional Practice and other NMC advisory papers

  • To use evidence-based practice to develop and maintain high quality clinically effective and cost effective primary care

  • To participate in and provide clinical supervision as required

  • To participate in research within the practice, as appropriate
