This role requires strong writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.,

  • Advise clients on contentious and non-contentious commercial matters, including court proceedings, alternative dispute resolution and commercial agreements.

  • Day-to-day running of cases.

  • Draft court-related documentation, such as pre-action correspondence, pleadings, witness statements.

  • Assist with court preparations such as case bundles, correspondence with the court, instructions to Counsel and general case management.

  • Draft and advise on commercial agreements as required.

  • Ability to plan, prioritise and organise caseload with limited supervision.

  • Approachable and highly organised (fast-paced and varied role).
