Full Job Description

  • Be responsible for pool supervision and maintaining high safety standards in the venue at all times.

  • Be working as part of the team and be an outstanding team player

  • Give excellent supporter service in a professional manner, which encourages repeat visits.

  • Ensure high cleaning standards throughout the venue at all times

  • Be a good communicator

  • Be pro-active, enthusiastic and responsible in all you do.


    • We need you to be here when we're busiest, so you'll need to be able to work a variety of day shifts, evening shifts and weekends. the hours are flexible and may either be fixed or varied to suit.

    We are looking for friendly, responsible and motivated individuals who are able to work as part of a team and maintain the safety and wellbeing of our supporters (customers). You will also be required to maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the centre, and assist in the setting up and clearing down of various equipment. Candidates must hold a valid NPLQ Lifeguarding qualification (or recognised equivalent),
  • Believe in, and want to promote the benefits of physical activity, and so be physically active yourself

    Pay: £10.50-£11.44 per hour

    Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
