Full Job Description

The Life Sciences Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our market presence within the life sciences industry. This role requires a deep understanding of molecular biology, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. The successful candidate will work closely with our clients to identify their needs, provide tailored solutions, and foster long-term relationships., · Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand our customer base.

· Identify and engage with potential clients within the life sciences sector, including academic institutions, biotech companies, and research laboratories.

· Conduct in-depth needs assessments and product presentations to showcase the value and benefits of our solutions.

· Maintain a thorough understanding of our product portfolio and stay updated on industry trends and advancements.

· Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that drive product awareness and sales.

· Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent the company and generate new business opportunities.

· Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to senior management.

· Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales processes and strategies.

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

Proven experience in sales, preferably within the life sciences industry.

Strong knowledge of products used for molecular biology and their applications in research and development.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
