Role Overview: As a Resident Liaison Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining excellent service standards by liaising between clients, residents, internal workforce, and sub-contractors. Your primary responsibility will be overseeing residential projects, ensuring smooth communication and minimal disruption for residents. A valid UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle are essential for this role.,
- Use your own transport to travel between sites. ( Allowance Given )
- Engage with clients, residents, and project teams to maintain high service standards.
- Visit residents in their homes, discuss specific circumstances, and compile household profiles to facilitate works improvements.
- Identify residents with unique needs (e.g., disability, frailty) and adapt implementation procedures accordingly.
- Be the initial point of contact for residents facing challenges during works implementation.
- Communicate with residents before works commence, ensuring awareness of timelines and workforce details.
- Maintain excellent customer care during home or external environment improvements.
- Investigate and assist in resolving stage one complaints related to works programs.
- Coordinate support plans based on impact assessments for individuals and projects.
- Ensure residents are informed about health and safety during works.
- Provide multilingual communication for residents as needed.
- Collect statistical data on customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular liaison with residents via correspondence, email, telephone, and personal visits.
- Adhere to customer service policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and handle administrative tasks.
