Level 3 Pre-school Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our Pre-school team. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children in our nursery. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young children and contribute to their early childhood development.

The role is to work in our pre-school with children aged 3 & 4 years. We love food and the great outdoors; spending lots of time out in our village community, or at our forest school and in our large garden. Food is cooked on site and we have a varied menu which the children all enjoy from traditional to a spicy curry! As part of your role you will receive an FREE hot lunch every working day.

Level 3 or above Early Years Qualification (essential)
- Experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting; ideally with pre-school age.
- Ability to manage a group of children effectively
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Strong understanding of child development stages and milestones
- Passion for providing quality care and education to young children,

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
