Full Job Description

  • Deliver in the water high quality swimming lessons

  • Develop and adapt lessons based on the swimmers needs whilst assisting them to improve their swimming skills

  • Maintaining a safe and secure swimming environment to ensure that the welfare of swimmers is paramount

  • Ensure that the swimming pool area and equipment is clean and organised before and after lessons

  • Attend all relevant staff training

    We are seeking enthusiastic, fully qualified Level 2 Swim England or equivalent swimming teachers to join our fantastic team working for a small family run business teaching in our state of the art Endless Pools.


  • We will consider Level 1 qualified teachers or individuals who have a competitive swimming background or previous experience working within a teaching environment with a view to a discussion regarding qualification.

    We are looking for reliable teachers who can demonstrate a positive attitude and a commitment to achieving and maintaining a high level of customer service.

    If you are passionate about swimming and enjoy working with people of all ages, we invite you to join our team as a Swimming Teacher. In this role, you will have the opportunity to educate and inspire individuals to become confident swimmers while promoting water safety.

    The successful candidate would have experience and enjoy teaching high quality 1:1 or 2:1 swimming lessons in the water in a quiet, relaxed environment.,
  • Swim England or STA Level 1/2 teaching qualification or equivalent

  • Passion for teaching and/or swimming

  • NRASTC or equivalent certification

  • Enhanced DBS Check

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience of working within a SEN environment desirable but not essential, Swimming teaching: 1 year (preferred)

    Term time only

  • Potential for overtime hours in school holidays during our intensive weeks

  • Thursday 3.30pm - 7.30pm (£16 - £18 per hour)

  • Friday 3.30pm to 7.30pm (£16 - £18 per hour)

  • Saturday 9.00am to 5.00pm (£20 - £25 per hour)

  • Sunday 9.00am to 4.30pm (£20 - £25 per hour)


  • ( Hourly rates dependant upon experience)

    We are open to discussion with regards to the weekday and weekend hours however we would expect a minimum of 6 hours per week.

    We are open to discussion and will consider a job share option for the weekend hours.,
