We use Righmove, Open rent and other online portals to advertise our flats. We use 3rd party credit agencies to obtain Tenant referencing for Employment, Landlord and to comply with right to work and live in the UK.

The job will also involve with:

Answering to all tenants emails

Dealing with maintenance and making sure that they are carried out

Dealing with Tenants complaints

Preparing AST, Registering deposits and preparing all documents and leaflets.

Inducting tenants when they move in to the flat

Complying with 6 monthly inspections

The ideal person will have a previous experience of renting flats be able to drive and push a potential deal through.
