Lettings Negotiator

Please note this role requires a driving licence as you'll be visiting properties, meeting tenants and investigating and reporting on maintenance issues.

Let's talk about the role. It involves:

• Optimise tenant registration processes and take a proactive stance in overseeing viewing appointments.


• Conduct a high volume of viewing appointments, focusing on securing as many lets as possible to the best tenants


• Highlighting features and benefits of each property and ensuring viewers gain a positive perspective of both the brand and accommodation offered


• Proactively promote ancillary products to enhance the renting process for tenants


• Work with the wider student-letting team throughout the year on a range of tasks, particularly during changeover season


• Fostering positive relationships with students and the community


• Developing a strong relationship with clients


• Working to a range of business-generation KPIs to attract and retain additional clients and properties for the business

• Previous experience in lettings is advantageous but not mandatory.


• A strong sales-minded approach to all tasks and opportunities

• Display the ability to efficiently organise and prioritise tasks and responsibilities.


• Exhibit problem-solving capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, reliability, punctuality, and maintain excellent telephone etiquette.


• Possess computer proficiency and comfort with the software suite necessary for executing and overseeing daily tasks.

  You'll enjoy a standard workweek of 40 hours , Monday - Friday 8.45am - 6pm (1 in 3 Saturdays 9am-3pm).
