Lettings Manager

As the Lettings Manager, you will spearhead the development and management of the lettings operation, playing a key role in building the lettings portfolio from the ground up. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of the lettings process including sourcing and letting properties to ensure high standards of service delivery and client satisfaction., Property Sourcing
Identify and build relationships with local landlords to secure new instructions.

Letting Properties
Manage the full lettings process from conducting viewings to negotiating tenancy agreements.

Business Development
Work with the Directors to develop and implement strategies to grow the lettings business, leveraging market insights and industry trends.

Compliance & Regulations
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations governing residential lettings, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements and responsibilities.

Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and industry stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.

· The ideal candidate will have at least five years' experience working in a lettings role, ideally with two years in a leadership position.

· Full UK driving licence and own vehicle required.

· Strong knowledge of the South East London property market and rental trends.

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.

· Thorough understanding of relevant legislation and regulations governing residential lettings.

· Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve business objectives.
