Full Job Description

Client Management:

  • Conduct Valuations & Business generation.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and third-party agencies.

  • Act as the point of contact for all lettings-related inquiries and issues.

  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate rental agreements to achieve optimal rental returns for landlords.


  • Property Management:
  • Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant with legal standards.

  • Coordinate property inspections, maintenance, and repairs as necessary.

  • Oversee the advertising and marketing of vacant properties to attract suitable tenants.


  • Financial Management:
  • Manage rental payments, deposits, and any arrears efficiently and professionally.

  • Monitor rental market trends and advise landlords on rental pricing strategies to maximize occupancy and returns.

  • Prepare financial reports and forecasts related to the lettings portfolio.

    Reeds Rains is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lettings Manager in Reddish to join our team. As a Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lettings process, ensuring exceptional service delivery to both landlords and tenants. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills, as well as a deep understanding of the property market and relevant legislation., Proven experience in a similar role within the property industry, with a strong track record of achieving targets and delivering exceptional customer service.

  • In-depth knowledge of property management regulations, tenancy law, and compliance requirements.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.

  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in relevant software and systems used for property management and lettings administration.

  • A proactive and results-driven approach, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

  • Relevant qualifications such as ARLA Propertymark membership or equivalent certifications would be advantageous.
