Full Job Description
- Liaising directly with clients, tenants and contractors
- Creating and issuing contract documentation
- Coordinating the start of tenancies
- Working to and achieving set targets
- Booking and recording safety certificates inline with legislation
- Ad hoc admin and management of CRM system (LetMC)
Excellent written and verbal communication - Good IT skills
- Great customer service
- Attention to detail
- Excellent time keeping
£28,000 - £32,000 a year - Permanent, Full-time, · Salary £28,000 - £32,000 depending on experience - Monday to Friday
