Full Job Description

  • Handling property enquiries - Phone, email and walk-ins

  • Inspect properties and provide feedback to the owners & in house maintenance team.

  • Viewings on lettings properties.

  • General business operations and administration

    An opportunity to join our South Wales office in Pontypridd, the successful applicant will deal with a variety of tasks for the company.


    • Initial administration, inspections, viewings, answering of phone calls, managing a portfolio of properties as well as proving a high level of customer service

    2 Year Experience essential.

    Driving licence is essential!

    Alto Management CRM system experience beneficial but not essential

    Applicants must drive and have access to their own vehicles.,
