Full Job Description

Supporting Nuclear Generation, Thermal, Decommissioning and Transfer , your duties will include:

  • Commercial: Negotiate and advise on commercial contracts.

  • Projects: Support with strategic initiatives, M&A activities, and development opportunities.

  • Decommissioning and transfer: Support this first of its kind activity, navigating complex agreements and building strong stakeholder relationships.

  • Construction: Oversee contracts for construction and deconstruction, and manage disputes.

  • Organisational Governance: Provide company secretarial assistance and support group companies.

  • Compliance: Support the team in providing advice regarding regulatory compliance, including GDPR, export controls, health & safety, environment, and nuclear licensing.


  • Who You Are

    We'd love to speak to you if you are a solicitor who enjoys problem solving and learning, , has experience in commercial law and enjoys working closely with legal and business colleagues and building relationships with stakeholders.

    You'll have demonstrable post-qualification experience, ideally practising in England and Wales. Core skills we look for include drafting, negotiating and interpreting contracts, good communication skills, strong collaboration skills and a keen eye for detail.
