Legal Consultant

Are you a Law Graduate, Paralegal, lawyer or qualified Solicitor looking to move away from private practice and do something a bit different?

Our client is a niche consultancy practice based in Brighton/Hove providing advice and legal services to clients within the recruitment and services industry, this encompasses a mix of Employment law, Contacts and Compliance (you do not need experience in all these areas as training will be provided)

Joining an experienced team of 4 and working in open plan offices you will be speaking to and advising clients (both by phone and face to face) advising on and producing business terms, employment contracts and handling compliance issues including Data Protection and GDPR - using the firms in-house templates. You will also be attending seminars when required

This is a specialist and niche area of expertise known as "Recruitment Law" so a background in commercial contracts, employment law, regulatory or compliance would be preferred (although not essential)

This is a great opportunity to develop your expertise in a different arena to private practice or in-house. Candidates must be IT literate and have a drive to succeed and develop their career.
