Lecturer - Uniformed Protective Services

We have an exciting full-time, permanent job opportunity for a Lecturer - Uniformed Protective Services with an enthesis on teaching on the Policing pathway from levels 3-5.

The Sport and Unformed Protective Services Department is looking to recruit a lecturer to teach across a varied and interesting range of programmes. The main responsibility of this role will be to provide high quality teaching and learning and access to learning in addition to undertaking associated tutorial duties.

The ideal candidate will need to have a current knowledge of the fitness or services industry and be willing to contribute to all aspects of the department from marketing and recruitment to the courses as well as delivery and progression.

The successful candidate will also be a course tutor for a group of learners and be ideally qualified to degree level or equivalent professional qualifications or industry experience. Also essential for this role is a full teaching qualification and the candidate should be able to demonstrate relevant teaching and industry experience within Uniformed Protective Services.
