The Trust was founded in 2014, in John Taylor High School - an outstanding secondary school in Barton-Under-Needwood, and the first in Staffordshire to convert to become an Academy. We have grown steadily over time and currently serve 13 infant/primary schools, and 6 secondary schools.

In addition, the Staffordshire Research School and John Taylor Teaching School Hub are also key parts of our Trust, having gained a reputation for delivering outstanding professional development and support for teachers across a wide ranging offer.

Term time only, 20 hours a week Learning Support Assistant plus 5.83 hours a week Lunchtime Supervisor

LSA Salary: Grade 4 (SCP 5 - 6) £23,500 - £23,893 per annum pro rata
LSA Actual salary £11,030.79 - £11,215.26 per annum

Lunchtime Salary: Grade 2 (SCP 3) £22,737 per annum pro rata
Lunchtime Actual salary £3,015.57 per annum
