Full Job Description

The post holder will:
+ Work closely with the programme delivery teams (both programme tutors and administrators) and be a source of first line support in managing, monitoring and maintaining the centre's Learning Platform, to ensure that it is fil for purpose and meets organisational needs.
+ Provide timely technical and practical support and solutions.
+ Work closely with a range of internal and external teams, partners and stakeholders to effectively manage data in a accordance with GDPR and Trust Standard Operating Procedures. Reporting and responding to audit requests as required.
+ Be responsible for supporting the development of and maintaining high quality digital learning resources. This would include supporting the creation of multimedia and AV content.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled and motivated person with experience and expertise in developing and maintaining online learning platforms and websites to join our team. Our Training Centre was established in 2000, and in partnership with the University of Manchester, we are currently delivering more than 20 distinct programmes/pathways in evidence based Psychological Therapies, mostly at Postgraduate level. We employ over 80 staff, and train in excess of 400 students per year. We are in the process of having a Learning Platform and associated website built for ourselves and our students, and we need someone with excellent communication skills to join us to support our team in its development and use. This will involve close liaison with our team, and with the company building the site, especially in the early stages, as well as liaison with the GMMH IM&T Service., Greater Manchester Mental Health (GMMH) Foundation Trust employs over 6,400 members of staff, who deliver services from more than 160 locations.
We provide inpatient and community-based mental health care for people living in Bolton, the city of Manchester, Salford, Trafford and the borough of Wigan, and a wide range of specialist mental health and substance misuse services across Greater Manchester, the north west of England and beyond.
