Learner Support Coach (Part time)

In this rewarding role, you will provide support to assist apprentices with pastoral support, helping them achieve their best possible outcomes. The role will include working with a caseload of learners to provide them with individual learning support such as building confidence and motivation, that will help them progress with their course or apprenticeships and support their achievement. This may include supporting literacy and numeracy.

Our new Learner Support Coachwill be a key part of the team and will assist in the planning, preparation & reviewing of learning in conjunction with relevant curriculum staff, providing feedback and carrying out reviews as appropriate to ensure apprentices are making expected progress and working towards outcomes. This role would suit a Learner Support Coach who is passionate about delivering high quality, additional learning support for apprentices. Support can be delivered on a flexible 1:1 or small group basis, in person or remotely.

This role is homebased with travel expected as and when required. Please note this is a 12-month fixed contract to cover Maternity.
