Your Role and Responsibilities
You will be responsible for: Implement actions plans in support of the leadership succession planning and talent strategy of the organization. Facilitate leadership appointment decisions working with Hiring managers and HR Partners ensuring strong and diverse slates. Get to know the executive talent and pipeline to help identify skill gaps, develop solutions, provide executive career coaching and guidance Driving progress towards headcount and diversity goals - using cognitive tools, analytics, and knowledge of the competitive landscape to inform recommendations. Assess succession plan risk and proactive measures to mitigate. Lead talent pipeline identification, collaborate on diversity measures and skill gap identification, provide development guidance, drive leadership organization reviews, and manage monthly executive placement decision meetings for leadership roles globally.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
HR Program management experience, Business acumen, Client influence skills, Project Management, Network and collaborate across units geos, Working with Senior executive level executives, Excellent verbal written communication skills; Ability to customize message and approach across key stakeholders; Lead projects focused on strategic changes, business transformation, innovation or new ways of working; Use data to make recommendations and drive strategy.

HR Business Partner, Talent Management, Leadership Succession Planning Executive Selection Slating, Leadership Coaching Consulting, Leadership Learning, and Assessments; Executive Development, Pipeline Development, Leadership Development. Program Delivery, Workforce Analytics Reporting, Talent Change Organizational Design, Working Globally and with matrixed teams.
