Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Lead Gardener to join our Family of Schools. As the Lead Gardener you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our school's extensive gardens and grounds, ensuring that they are of the highest standard.

You will lead a team of gardeners and oversee the preparation and maintenance of the School's grounds and gardens. You will also work closely with other departments to ensure that our estates support the delivery of an outstanding education experience for our students.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for horticulture and has experience of line managing a team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented, ambitious and confident individual to join our Family of school and play a key role in our estates team.
