Lead First Aid Trainer

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced First Aid Trainer to join our team in London. As a First Aid Trainer at Hurak Learning, you will play a pivotal role in delivering engaging and informative training sessions to adult learners.,

• Conduct engaging and interactive first aid training sessions for adult learners.



• Fulfill administrative responsibilities related to training, encompassing tasks like maintaining attendance records, pre-course verifications such as application forms, distance learning progress, and ID submissions.



• Oversee both the classroom and office environments, ensuring the proper maintenance and security of equipment. Arrange seating, establish efficient processes, and provide necessary resources for students. Additionally, ensure that the office is well-equipped to meet the needs of both students and staff. Please ensure that the office is maintained in a clean condition for classes.



• Create and deliver training materials and video presentations that are informative and up to date for social purposes.



• Provide practical demonstrations and hands-on training in first aid techniques.



• Assess and evaluate student performance, offering constructive feedback and support as needed.



• Stay updated on the latest first aid practices, industry regulations, and training methodologies.



• Ensure that all training sessions comply with regulatory and quality standards.
  
  Certified First Aid Instructor with relevant qualifications and certifications.


AET/PTLLS Qualification

A current FAW/HCPC certificate

A minimum of 1 years previous First Aid Training

Good knowledge and experience of Paediatric First Aid

Proficiency in using technology for training purposes.,
• Teaching: 2 years (required)


• Nail Training: 2 years (required)

Schedule:


• 8-9 hour shift



• Monday to Friday
