Full Job Description

Are you an effective communicator, dynamic, motivated, assertive, and a skilled Lead Administrator looking for a challenge? This may well be the job for you.
You will be joining an Admin Department spanning three sites within the Forensic Service and be responsible for the management of staff, ensuring an efficient and effective administrative provision to ensure service delivery. You will also need to demonstrate good communication skills, whilst working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
You will be expected to work across sites as required.
The successful applicant must be able to take accurate minutes of meetings, analyse and understand complex information as well as be able to disseminate information appropriately.
There is an expectation that you will work flexibly and accept opportunities to develop professionally and in your leadership skills.

In the Forensic environment you will be expected to think on your feet, be resilient and reliable, have a proven track record of organisational and excellent communications skills; be fluid in your way of working; able to show and use initiative as well as challenge your own limitations.
The role requires knowledge and experience of RiO, Reporting services & PowerBi and how they relate to the teams' Key Performance Targets; as well as the ability to maintain the teams' recording requirements. You should be able to carry out audits and comparison reports to ensure the full functionality of the administrative service, which ultimately will have an impact on patient care. You will be proactive in organising and prioritising busy workloads as well as leading on projects.

Our Community
We provide a wide range of community health and mental health inpatient services to children, young people, adults of working age, and older adults in The City of London, Hackney, Newham, Tower Hamlets, Bedfordshire and Luton. We also provide psychological therapy services to the London Borough of Richmond, and provide Forensic services to the whole of North East London. We provide services in urban and rural settings, sometimes in our inpatient units, but mostly in the community close to where people live. Integrated care is key in making the best use of resources and providing effective care.
