Using your skills in communication, organisation and task management, we are looking for those keen to support during our busy peak and super peak booking season, ensuring all linen and towels are cleaned to a high standard and ready to go out to properties including sorting, washing, drying, ironing and packing all laundry ready for our guests arrival.

Your Responsibilities
Reporting into Property Services Manager our newest Laundry Operative will become a key player within our Housekeeping team, responsible for:

  • To ensure all linen and towels are cleaned to a high standard and ready to go out to properties including: sorting, washing, drying, ironing and packing all laundry.

  • To ensure all linen and towels are maintained to a high standard and anything which does not meet our standards is replaced.

  • Ensure the linen is delivered in a timely, safe manner, without holding up the cleaners or check in for guests.

  • Managing stock levels and ensuring any additional items required are ordered in a timely manner to ensure all laundry requirements can be met at all times.

  • Responsible for all linen supplies including our own, hire or any private linen.

  • Build positive working relationships with all suppliers and colleagues.

  • Responsible to adhering to vehicle operating procedures

    Do you have an excellent attention to detail? Are a fantastic team player? Pride yourself on your high standards?..., A full, clean driving licence is essential as part of this role, as well as excellent communication skills and team work!


  • Whilst experience in a similar role is advantageous, we will provide everything you need to succeed, training you up within our bustling team and supporting you every step of the way!

  • Previous experience as a Laundry Assistant

  • Paying a salary of £22,308 / 37.5 hours per week / 5 days out of 7 / 9am-5.30pm
