Labourer / Site Assistant

1. Assisting the Site Manager with co-ordination of contractors, suppliers and deliveries.
2. Basic administrative tasks including inductions, signing in of contractors and visitors.
3. Assisting the Site Manager with ensuring the H&S of the site is compliant with regulations.
4. Be an Alexander James Contracts representative to contractors and site operatives.

Job specifics to include:

1. That the site working hours are adhered to of 8 to 5, Monday - Friday.

2. That Alexander James Contracts Ltd Health & Safety policy is always complied with.

3. That you fully understand all of Alexander James Contracts IMS policies and non-conforming reporting

4. All site timesheets are submitted to Alexander James's office manager weekly.

5. Adhering to all site waste management rules on site.

6. that the site is being run in a pro-active manner, informing the site manager / Contracts Manager of any issues that may occur.

7. that the quality control of the work carried out on site is the required standard of Alexander James Contracts.
