Laboratory Technician

As a Laboratory Technician, you'll immerse yourself in our innovative culture and gain hands-on experience in our research & development team. You'll work alongside industry experts, collaborate on real projects, and make a meaningful impact on our mission.
Responsibility:

• Laboratory Operations: You will learn the systems and practices of working in a laboratory environment including housekeeping, operation of laboratory instruments and proper data generation, collection and sharing.


• Product Development: You will contribute to the creation of new food products or the improvement of existing ones, ensuring they meet consumer preferences, nutritional standards, and regulatory requirements.


• Research and Testing: You will conduct research on ingredients, formulations, and processing techniques, as well as perform various tests to assess product quality, stability, and safety.


• Recipe Formulation: You will develop recipes and formulations for new food products, considering factors such as taste, texture, appearance, and shelf-life.


• Collaboration: You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including food scientists, marketers, and production personnel, to achieve project goals and deadlines.


• Documentation: You will maintain accurate records of formulation, testing, and production processes, as well as documentation required for regulatory compliance and product labelling.


• Troubleshooting: You will troubleshoot issues related to product quality, processing, or regulatory compliance and implement corrective actions as needed.


• Continuous Improvement: You will stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and consumer preferences to continuously improve products and processes.
