Kitchen Porter (KP)

We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Porter to join our team. The Kitchen Porter will assist in maintaining cleanliness and organistation in the kitchen, supporting the chefs in daily prep jobs and ensuring a smooth kitchen operation.

• Responsibilities:


- Assist in basic food preparation tasks under the guidance of Chefs.

- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.

- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen items.

- Dispose of trash and recycling appropriately.

- Support the kitchen team with various tasks as needed.

Previous experience in a restaurant or culinary environment is preferred.

- Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques is a plus.

- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.

- Hospitality or hotel industry experience is beneficial.
