Kitchen Porter

We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Porter to join our team in a bustling hotel restaurant. The ideal candidate will support our kitchen staff in ensuring the cleanliness and smooth operation of the kitchen., Assist in basic food preparation tasks under the guidance of chefs
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and food preparation areas
- Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
- Support the kitchen team with various tasks as needed
- Dispose of waste and recycling appropriately
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times

Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel or restaurant environment
- Knowledge of basic culinary practices and kitchen operations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality setting
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to assist chefs and kitchen staff effectively
- Willingness to learn and help with cooking tasks when required
