We are looking for a Kitchen Assistant to work within our Assisted Living Business, which boasts a welcome and friendly atmosphere.

The purpose of the post is: To provide a high quality and passionate catering service to homeowners , staff and visitors.

The main duties and responsibilities are:

Service

• Keep the kitchen and bistro area clean at all times.


Food Preparation

• To prepare and assist the chef in general preparation when necessary.


• To maintain correct food storage and holding temperatures at all times.


General

• To act at all times within the current Health and Safety at Work regulations.


• To provide a support and guidance to work experience placements.


• Promote excellent customer service to all customers.


• Carry out any other reasonably comparable duties that may be required from time to time.


• Undertake additional duties as required.

  Experience in a similar role an advantage but full training will be given.
