Key Stage 1 / 2 Teacher - Part-time

We currently have a teaching vacancy for September 2023. This is a maternity cover post on a one year fixed contract for 3 days a week (ideally Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday).
As a one-form entry primary school, it is essential that any applicant has the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. We are part of the Tunbridge Wells Primary Schools group so you will also have the opportunity to work collaboratively with other schools as well as within our school.

The Wells Free School opened in September 2013 with just years R, 1 and 2. We have expanded each year and, in September 2016, we moved into our brand-new school building. We now have 210 pupils divided into 7 classes.
With a strong focus on child-led learning and a commitment to outdoor learning experiences, the school aims to promote excellence and wellbeing, ensuring that our pupils have a real understanding of their community, both locally and globally. The school was rated good by OFSTED in June 2019.
