Full Job Description
We are hiring in the UK for a Permanent contract a Key Account Manager (covering South West and South Wales including key sites Bristol, Cardiff and Plymouth)., The primary role of the Key Account Manager is to develop and maintain relationships with the assigned customers and accounts for a location, region or division.
Key deliverables include :
- Acting as the primary contact for operational and tactical issues representing delivery of all services to the customer.
- Identifying new sales opportunities within existing accounts.
- Working with new and existing distributors on sales plans and be responsible for the implementation.
- Put in place measures to review distribution performance on periodic basis and take corrective actions to achieve sales targets.
- Work with multiple data sources to forecast, track and performance in line with business goals
- Be responsible for selling the company's products and / or services to and maintaining relationships with existing accounts.
- New account development through account conversions and / or expansions of existing accounts within an established geographical region.
- Responsible for converting target customers and expanding ResMed opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Plans and executes sales strategies with specialists to grow revenue and solutions adoption.
- Takes ResMed products and services to external customers or groups of customers and enters into commercial negotiations for purchase and supply.
- Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise.
- Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments.
- Target identification and implementation of ReSupply, digital services and data fees
- Responsible for operational KPIs
- Accountable for delivering territory growth at account level
- Deliver ASP maintenance or improvement
- Increase penetration and breadth of products and services within accounts
- Embedding of products and services within an account
- Growth through targeted pathway change
Bachelor's degree - Minimum of 3 years of related experience in medical device within the NHS
- An experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialisation; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways preferred
- Experience clinically in area of sleep or respiratory care would be a plus with commercial acumen
- Knowledge of company products and services would be a plus
- Capacity to adapt and fit in an international fast-pace company constantly growing
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and changing environment
- High resilience
- Extremely organized, diligent and able to multitask
- Strong commercial drive
- Positive attitude and eager to learn and develop
