Full Job Description

We are advertising on behalf of our client, a high respected local merchants business for an experienced and dynamic Key Customer Account Manager to their busy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key customer accounts, ensuring their needs are met, and driving growth within these accounts.,

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer accounts.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.

  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services.

  • Identify opportunities for account growth and collaborate with the sales team to drive additional revenue.

  • Prepare and present regular reports on account status, activities, and performance metrics.

  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit.

  • Conduct regular business reviews with key customers to ensure their needs are being met and to identify areas for improvement.

  • Helping out on the sales counter as and when required.

    Proven experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or in a similar role preferable within the merchant's industry.

  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) practices.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).

  • Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
