Full Job Description

Key Account Managers are responsible for maintaining and expanding strategic relationships with significant clients.,

  • Arranging samples

  • Providing Quotes

  • Briefing new jobs to operations and production teams

  • Managing client expectations (communicating production / delivery dates)

  • General Client Check-Ins and Responses

  • Daily check-ins with production team

  • Ensuring quote log is completed and updated

  • Monthly SLA/KPI B2B reporting

    Ideal candidates will have come from a B2B background, previous experience account managing clients, and exposure to growing new accounts and upselling., Proven experience in account management, sales, or a related field

  • - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and internal teams effectively,
  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)


  • Experience:
  • Account management: 1 year (required)

  • sales: 1 year (preferred)
