Full Job Description

We're looking for a talented Junior Video Developer to join our creative marketing team, which is based in Kelham Island, Sheffield. Editing experience with Adobe Premiere Pro is essential, while knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator is preferred.

This in-house role will involve assisting the lead video developer throughout the entire video production process, from pre-production, shooting on location, and in-office videography, to editing and exporting.

Duties:

  • Assisting lead vid dev on shoot days

  • Capturing data and organising footage into folder structure

  • Cutting up & organising B-roll from shoot in Adobe Premiere Pro

  • Editing variants of lead ads

  • Design graphics and images using Photoshop & Illustrator

  • Tackling smaller editing jobs when necessary

  • Collaborating with the creative team on upcoming projects

    2+ years of professional video production experience

  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and After Effects

  • Proficient with MAC OS

  • An eye for quality and detail

  • The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

  • Excellent time management skills

  • English speaker


    • Desirables:
  • Experience with CAD / 3D Modelling & Animation

  • Experience with DJI RS Mini 3

  • Experience with Sony FX30

  • Video editing: 2 years (required)

    £22,500 - £25,000 (Based on experience), 28 days annual leave (inc. bank holidays)

  • 2 weeks off at Christmas (separate to annual leave)
