Full Job Description

As a Junior Trainer/Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our training initiatives, training delivery and user support and ensuring smooth administrative processes, working along side the whole of the training team.

This role will primarily focus on providing administrative support to the training department and assisting in the delivery of our new starter and Dr Induction effective training programmes. You will have a development plan to ensure you are supported fully as a junior trainer, developing your facilitation and delivery skills, with the option of picking up an apprenticeship in learning and development.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring all our administration processes are up to date and the required documentation is accurate, clear, and concise., As part of seeking to become more inclusive, we will consider requests for flexible working from the start of your employment.
